Brainovate is a highly successful leader development business based in Bucharest with clients all over Europe. They deliver specialised leadership programs to multinationals including Samsung, British American Tobacco and IBM. The business had reached a critical mass and it was decided they needed to expand and employ more consultants. To achieve their full potential Brainovate required a complete overhaul of their brand, website and marketing collateral. The challenge was to make them stand out in a highly competitive market by establishing a distinct value proposition for their business and to bring that to life with a new brand identity.
We worked closely with the Brainovate team to develop their new value proposition “Revealing the leader within”. This highlights the benefit of how their programs focus on how individuals can develop their full inner leadership potential. Once this was established we developed the new brand identity with a circular icon designed to reflect the nature of the training, which always has the client at the heart of everything. The final piece of the new brand jigsaw was to create a new, dynamic website and promotional video that highlighted all the benefits of working with Brainovate.

Young Creative were tasked with creating video content and a social media advertising to promote Accountant Online’s services. Our brief was to distinguish the business from other traditional accountants by highlighting how easy it is for clients to interact with Accountant Online by creating a feeling of trust and approachability while maintaining professionalism at all times.
The first step in our process was to understand Accountant Online's business and most importantly what makes them different. After agreeing a brief we came back with a creative presentation that distilled the marketing objective into a single mined message of “The Virtual Accountant With Very Real Benefits”. With this SMP in place we created a playful visual treatment for the video using hand gestures that reflect how clients interact with the business. By working closely with the client we developed a script for the video that had a conversational tone of voice that succinctly highlighted the benefits of working with Accountant Online.

The National College of Art and Design (NCAD)
This was a fast turnaround project as we only had two days notice in advance of the live event. Our brief was to create a film that captured the essence of The Change Lab event and Exhibition hosted in the NCAD gallery in Dublin, while communicating to a wider audience the creative challenge the Professional Master of Education (PME) student teachers faced.
As this was a live event it was essential that we captured the key moments as they happened but in a low key manner to ensure we did not interfere with the event itself. We then created a script that encapsulated the key messages of the event and the challenges the students faced. Finally we created a visual style for the film that reflected the overall style of the exhibition.
